This was a particularly intense project, as it involved a redesign, rebrand and redevelopment. PRE, which stands for Peer Review Evaluation, is a utility that is deployed on journal websites that offers readers insight into the peer review practices of the journal’s editorial board. When PRE was acquired by the company that I worked for at the time, it was an already established product but it lacked the support of a major organization to develop and market it as the powerful tool that it is. I was tasked with an analysis of the original website, which I used to lay out and wireframe a new one-page concept. The wireframe then became a design, which I then developed into a fully-functional, one-page responsive web page that was launched in February, 2016.
